Rental Cost

The co-op refers to the monthly rent on a unit as the "housing charge." As of March 1, 2020 the following housing charges will be in effect:

2 Bedroom = - $1,157/month

3A Bedroom = - $1,289/month

3 Bedroom = - $1,342/month

4A Bedroom = - $1,391/month

4 Bedroom = - $1,456/month

3a Bedroom accessible apt = - $1,232/month

Water is the only utility included in your housing charge. Hydro, gas, phone and cable TV are extra.

Security Deposit

"Members are require to pay one time deposit towards potential damages to their unit should excessive wear and tear occur. As of March 1, 2020 security deposit is 40% of Housing Charges.
